Dr. Yakubov completed his medical education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He underwent a rigorous 3-year residency training in Internal Medicine at Forest Hills Hospital, North Shore/LIJ Health System.

Dr. Yakubov demonstrated brilliant performance during his academic years. As his records illustrate, he graduated with Magna Cum Laude from New York University (NYU), where he also served as a Faculty Instructor in the Department of Chemistry.

As a professional, Dr. Yakubov's interests lie within the prevention and treatment of Osteoporosis, Asthma, COPD, and Bronchitis. Furthermore, he is proficient in caring for the Geriatric population. Specifically, Dr. Yakubov is meticulous in the management and care of patients with Dementia, Depression, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hypercholesterolemia, and Arthritis. In addition, Dr. Yakubov is skilled in comprehensive weight management and smoking cessation.
