Radiology and Imaging Services

At NYU Columbus Medical, we work collaboratively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to co-manage patients in need of diagnostic imaging services. Our radiology suite provides Rego Park, Queens, with easy access to some of the most common - and advanced - testing available.

Our services are ideal for routine, trauma and orthopedic examinations, plus we have a dedicated chest unit. We perform a full array of x-ray exams using Computed Radiography (CR) digital imaging, which can reduce patient exposure up to 70%, improve diagnostic accuracy and present images at consistent density levels. These procedures can be performed on patients in a lying, sitting, or standing position.

Images are stored electronically, which enables us to give them to the patient on CD-ROM and securely transfer them to a referring physician through the Internet.
