Andrew McCullough, MD

Andrew McCullough, MDDr. Andrew McCullough is the Director of the Male Sexual Health, Fertility and Microsurgery Programs at NYU Urology. He trained at Johns Hopkins and served on the Urology Faculty at Johns Hopkins and Yale University prior to his position at New York University. He is an internationally recognized expert, researcher, and educator in sexual health, having lectured and presented his research work in sexual dysfunction and male infertility at major conferences throughout the world.

Dr. McCullough was one of the original clinical investigators for Viagra, and he continues to conduct clinical trials to investigate new medical therapies for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, male hormonal imbalances and male urinary difficulties. He serves as a principal investigator in a large NIH trial on the use of herbal medication for the treatment of prostate diseases. He has published extensively on the management of sexual dysfunction after treatment for prostate cancer.

Dr. McCullough is a member of the American Society of Andrology, the Sexual Medicine Society and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction. He serves on the NYU Institutional Review Board the editorial review board of numerous academic journals and is also a co-host of the "Men's Health" show on Sirius Satellite Radio's "Doctor Radio."
